Meet the Team

Stix Realty was started on July 18th, 2007. We could see the market was already about a year into the slowdown. We knew people would need REALTORS® and companies who were responsive, able to change and make adjustments quickly. For the first couple of years we stayed with one two agents, the owners.

We slowly began to ask other agents to join us as we could see improvements in the market. We are currently at 4 agents and continue to look for motivated agents who want to join a company that is a very responsive to our clients’ needs.

We began doing property management in 2010 to better assist our investor clients. We are currently growing that phase of our business.

We focus our service in the east valley although because of a 15 year plus relationship with one of the largest loan servicers in the country we conduct business throughout the entire Phoenix area.

Our skilled agents can help you in all aspects of real estate. We maintain a very open, tem driven environment within the company and if an agent has a unique situation there is amply resources for them.
